You've come to right pool company! This page will guide you through our entire process from concept to completion! |
Lets start with a couple more questions you should ask yourself
- Do I have the space available for a backyard pool or an indoor pool addition?
- Do I want a pool & hot tub combo?
- What will best suite my lifestyle?
- Do I want a standard pool or a custom designer pool?
- And of course, What kind of budget do I have to work with?
1. We find out what type of pool you have in mind
2. We schedule the first consultation to develop a rough concept and type of pool desired
3. We propose the first design and rough estimate
4. We move forward with the second meeting to develop a revised design and budget
5. Once we have a design concept we will cover all of the details
including equipment, lighting, accessories, etc....
6. If landscaping is involved we will all meet with our landscape designer
7. Once final design and budget is agreed upon, we will write up the detailed Plans and Contract
8. Once the Contract is signed, and the construction deposit received (usually 15-25%) we will
commence work upon obtaining proper permits, Builtmore staking out pool location, and customer
approval with signature.
9. The first excavation begins and lasts roughly 1 day
10. The pool materials arrives and "the build" begins.
11. As the project begins to take shape we monitor quality control daily.
11a. Upon final inspection approvals we will prepare to pour the floor.
12. Once the floor is in we will let it cure, backfill and begin the finishing phase.
12a. If a fiberglass pool than shell is properly plumbed, positioned, backfilled and filled with water
all within 2 days
13. Upon final installations, finishes applied, and testing completed we will begin filling with water.
14. Once the pool is up and running as planned we will walk you through the whole pool owners
manual.
15. Upon final approvals, proper water chemistry, and customer satisfaction we will accept final
payment, then leave you to your new personal paradise.
16. Remember, All of our pools come with a Lifetime Structural Warranty!

This is how we do it:
- After your pool is completed we will educate
you about maintaining your pool: water
chemistry, equipment, cleaning, and daily
operations of a typical pool. - We will provide you with a 2 month supply of
chemicals. - We offer several discounted weekly, bi-weekly,
monthly, and seasonal pool maintenance
programs for all pool buyers. Ask about it? - We assure you that with our assistance your
pool and spa experience will be headache free. - We promise you, as our customer you will
always receive the highest quality service the
